Yes you can. I’m assuming you are wanting to use your existing Nikon lenses from a DX camera. You can use the FTZ adapter that currently is coming free with the z6 and z7 to adapt any F mount lens to the camera. Note that to retain auto focus you will want to use an AF-S lens.
