Is DaVinci Resolve for low end PC?

You are going to need 16–32 GB of RAM, an i7 processor, and a dedicated graphics card with at least 4–8 GB of VRAM to have a good experience running Resolve. Sorry to disappoint you, but that is a far cry from the specs you need for Davinci Resolve to run smoothly.
