Does Hero 9 need a gimbal?

Hero 9 has HyperSmooth 3 which pretty much eliminates camera shake in almost any situation. This is the feature that surprised us the most since it eliminates the need for a gimbal, because the stabilization is so very well done.

Similarly, Which GoPro has stabilization? GoPros have included in-camera electronic stabilization since the HERO5 models. The HERO6 Black improved on it, but GoPro has claimed that the HERO7 Black has taken a big step forward. They’ve even given it a new name: HyperSmooth.

What is GoPro boost? The camera itself crops into the footage and does it’s best to ‘smooth out’ the footage. Boost Mode is the most amount of hypersmooth available, while High Mode is the step down from Boost. There is also ON mode, which is the lowest amount of hypersmooth available.

Beside above, Does Hero 9 have horizon leveling? HERO9 Black has a new feature called in-camera Horizon Leveling. Available in Video and TimeWarp modes, Horizon Leveling uses a Digital Lens called Linear + Horizon Leveling to achieve a level horizon up to approximately 45 degrees.
