Can you use other lenses with Sony?

Hereof, How do I know if a lens is compatible with my Sony camera? What accessories or lenses are compatible with my camera or camcorder?

Can I use EF lens on Sony? Many people, including myself, adapt Canon EF lenses to Sony mirrorless cameras. Basically, it works.

Old Minolta lenses are ONLY compatible with Sony digital SLR cameras since Sony bought out the entire Minolta DSLR line back in 2006. So, the basic answer is that yes, you should be able to ATTACH your old Minolta lenses to a new Sony DSLR.
