Can kids wear body cams to school?

“Can my child wear a bodycam at school and record everything the teachers say?” In the US, the answer is an unequivocal “no.”

Hereof, Can you send your kid to school with a hidden camera? The short answer would be: yes, your child can wear a hidden camera to school.

Can you put a recording device on your child? If you are your son’s guardian, then it is your permission that is needed to record him. If someone else wanted to record your son, they would only need to get your knowledge and permission since he is a minor under your care.
